Friedell Middle School sits right in downtown Rochester, not too far from the things that make this southern Minnesota city famous and loved. Designed to be a smaller setting for those wild, crazy, mixed-up junior high years, the goal is to inspire, challenge, and empower. A noble quest, for sure.

For Jordan and Austin, who they would be as people began in those hallways. Even more important was what would begin for them in their eighth grade English class.  They first met in that course, and, in the grand tradition of middle schoolers, they developed crushes. From crushes come liking, then LIKE liking, and then love.

Obviously, first comes love, and then comes marriage…and then a rocking reception full of personal touches, a unique father-daughter dance, and a biscuit bar in honor of the fur baby. Just a bit north of old Friedell, Jordan and Austin were married in a sweet Catholic ceremony at Pax Christi Church. After a little post-”I Do”pit stop with their crew, it was time for their celebration, which was all about family and friends. 

To celebrate further, this duo will enjoy some sun and surf in the Dominican Republic with their honeymoon to Punta Canta. Once they return they will continue to build the life they’ve had in progress for the last ten years, one they will continue to work on forever more.
