HEAD’S UP: Some of these links are affiliate links, which you know means I make a little money off of any purchases you make from them; it doesn’t cost you anything additional, and it helps me keep making content. ALSO, any advice presented here are from my own experiences and do not replace or constitute medical advice. It is simply what I have observed for me, so I thought I would share with you.

When it comes to health and wellness, using products that are easy to use can make all the difference in your daily routine. This…is where I am usually lost. Setting up daily routines have been a complete struggle for me, and because of that my health has suffered. To solve this once and for all, I took some time in February to experiment and see what easy to use health products works for me…if they work at all. and here’s what I found: Five top products that, when worked into a routine, helped me look and feel my best (or at least better).

BlenJet Portable Blender

I like smoothies, but I don’t like the cleanup my big blender requires. I also feel like I lose a lot of the product because it gets wasted when splashed around inside the blender’s pitcher. This little friend has helped. BlendJet is a portable blender that’s perfect for making smoothies on the go. With its compact size and rechargeable battery, it’s easy to use anywhere. It has been a great way for me to get in a daily dose of fruits and veggies. Instead of snaking for lunch, I can literally whip something up, and it’s been a good habit to develop.

Blogilates Protein

Breakfast is my favorite meal, no doubt. However, I had been finding myself eating a ginormous breakfast full of carbs, then snacking through lunch, and then gorging on dinner. Most days were a caloric nightmare. I love protein shakes, but I don’t love how whey makes me feel nor do I like supporting MLM monsters (even if their product is good). Target had sale where if I sent X-amount of dollars on health, I’d get a $10 gift card, so I picked up a new protein that I am loving: Blogilates. Blogilates Protein is a plant-based protein powder that’s been great as a lighter breakfast as well as for post-workout recovery. It’s made with pea protein and brown rice protein, and comes in delicious flavors like chocolate and vanilla. Plus, it’s free of artificial sweeteners and preservatives. All in all, I like it.

LiquidIV

I don’t drink water. I don’t like the taste, but even moreso I don’t like how full it makes me feel. This powder has been a lifesaver in my hydration situation. LiquidIV is a hydration supplement that comes in convenient single-serving packets. Just add it to water for a quick and easy way to stay hydrated. It’s packed with essential vitamins and minerals, making it a great choice for active individuals. It is SUPER concentrated in my opinion, however, so I only use half a stick with you average bottle of water; I’ll use a full stick with a liter or so. It makes water taste good (like a Pina Colada, which was my choice of flavor today) and it doesn’t make me feel so full and bloated, so it is definitely an easy to use health product that seems to be worth its weight and reputation. I love it. I drink far more water now than before. Lemon Lime is a good flavor to start with if you haven’t checked this out before.

Vital Proteins Collagen

My whole life I’ve been told that Jello is a wonder food for skin and nails. I think that’s weird, but it *kind of* makes sense: According to WebMD, gelatin is full of amino acids, which we know are the building blocks of health. Instead of making a mold of wiggle, I’ve added powdered collagen to my habits to see. Vital Proteins Collagen is a powder supplement that can be added to smoothies, coffee, or tea. I mix two scoops with a Liquid IV and 1 liter of water to consume it. Because it’s powder and can get chunky, I tend to do this at night for the next as (it dissolves quite well over time). It’s made with grass-fed, pasture-raised collagen which they claim help promote healthy skin, hair, nails, and joints. Plus, it’s gluten-free and dairy-free. Do I see a difference? Maybe? This one might take some time to see, so I will let you know in a later post.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream

My skin is my mortal enemy; I have struggled with rosacea my entire life, and it is not getting any better as I enter my forth decade. It is super sensitive as well, and is very particular about what lotions I use. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream is a moisturizer that’s perfect for dry, sensitive skin. It’s gentle enough to use on face or body, and can help soothe and hydrate even the most parched and pissy skin. Plus, it’s free of parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. I use it in the morning and at night after a Burt’s Bees micellar wipe (the only exfoliation it can handle), and it seems to calm my skin.

Overall, these five products are easy to use and have helped me support my health and wellness goals. Whether you’re looking for a convenient way to stay hydrated, a quick and easy protein source, or a gentle moisturizer for your skin, these products have got you covered, in my opinion.
