Minnesota is known for snow, and that is for good reason.
This is how, on the last day of the season, the land of the north can once again become a winter wonderland. This was the same morning I met Anna-Lisa and Brady, two expecting parents, at Hidden Falls Regional Park for a maternity photography session. When these arrangements had been made, it was assumed that spring was here, and the only precipitation that was expected was perhaps a few rain drops. The unexpected greeted us this past Saturday morning; rather than a gentle veiling mist, St. Paul was blanketed in a thick duvet of picture-perfect snow, one that served as the most enchanting backdrop for two soon-to-be-parents’ first family photo.
