Oh, summer. A time for rest and vacations…and for me, experimentation, apparently, based on my recent Amazon orders. I’m always down for gizmos and gadgets, and these are a few of my recent favorite finds on Amazon.

1. County Line Kitchen – Cold Brew Mason Jar iced Coffee Maker: You know I love coffee and efficiently almost equally (coffee gets win though because…coffee). This makes it super easy to do both: Fill the filter with coffee or tea, add the required amount of water, let steep, pull the filter, screw on the pour spout, and enjoy! It doesn’t get much better than that!
2. Beaupretty Facial Massage Ice Roller: I shouldn’t use this as I have rosacea, but I can’t help it. This ice roller feels so good on my face on a hot day, any redness is worth it. This is like a glorified silicone ice cube tray; fill it from the bottom (I use soothing green tea), let it free, and then roll away puffiness and stress. It’s amazing.
3. Era Organics Tea Tree Oil Face Cream: While I have been blessed with pretty low-maintenance skin, it can be fussy as it is highly sensitive. When it breaks out, I need to do something–but that something still needs to be very mild. This is that something. If I have breakouts, I slather this on after I wash at night, and they are gone by morning. It’s be an amazing Amazon find for skin!
4. Vet’s Best Mosquito Repellent for Dogs and Cats: I live in northern Minnesota, yes, but I live in town. Because of this, Benny the Jack Russell isn’t exposed to too many creepy crawlies, so I don’t fully treat him for them. Instead, I use all-natural products when we are out and about. This one is one of my favorites. Not only does it work, it smells amazing and is human safe (IE: I use it sometimes, too).  Multipurpose, safe, and effective…that’s what I am all about (just please don’t judge me for that). 
5. Dazey Butter Churn: I have grown to love Betül from Turkuaz Kitchen on Instagram. She’s so great! She had a butter churn in one of her stories/posts/reels/videos, and she made the most amazing compound butter to go with the freshest of bread. Being that I hit up the local farmer’s market and also have some pretty great baked goods, I wanted homemade butter, too. This has been so much fun AND super easy to use (just make sure the cream is at room temperature…10 minutes cranking is much nicer than 60). (The one I purchased is out of stock…but this one is basically the same.)
