Marching band, it changes lives.

If you don’t believe me, ask Elizabeth and Justin. As a freshman quad player, she was a member of her high school’s marching band. Drumline is always exciting as it is, but what made this drumline that much more exciting for Liz was this junior snare player named Justin. 

This Justin, he went from being fellow drumliner to friend to boyfriend to Dog Dad to fiance and, finally, to husband. See? Band brings people together.

Reminiscent to the rumble of their drums, thunder rolled in the distance as Liz and Justin made their way to their “I do”s. With a collection of their friends and family (and a few of the resident chickens and ducks at Loy Show Barn), what was eight years in the making gave way to the promise of forever. Before the tall trees and soybeans, they became husband and wife.

Congratulations, Mr. + Mrs. Franklin! Thank you for letting me celebrate with you!!
