Liisa with Liisa’s Rentals is a straight up wedding rental genius.
The Cohasset Community Center is a great facility–it’s nice and large and wonderfully located. But, as most community centers are, it is fairly basic and beige (complete with a basketball hoop). It is a nice space, having hosted multiple turkey bingos and anniversary parties as well as a wedding reception or two.
As I entered the double doors this past Saturday, however, it was like I was transferred from the small little town’s center into some major metropolitan area’s ballroom. The walls were draped, a chandelier hung from the ceiling (which had also been given the glam treatment, hiding that hoop). It was classy and elegant, really highlighting what can be done with the right touches and eye for design.
Liisa Amundsun has that eye for design. She first use that eye back in 2005 when she took a turn as a volunteer with the Clearbrook-Gonvik High School Prom Committee. That turned into multiple volunteer stints, and she eventually transition that passion for design from high school events to local wedding set up.
The services provided by Liisa’s Rentals is all-inclusive. She is willing to help any couple with their planning, which includes not only the styling around their budget, but also all consideration of logistics. Her services also include set-up and tear down, which alleviates the stress of the couple; with Liisa’s Rentals, the duo who says “I do” can simply show up and celebrate.
Her inventory of items available for rent is also impressive. To begin with, it is quite expansive and includes a whole variety of items. There are chair covers, tables, vases, votive holders, and more. Additionally, the items vary in taste and style, proving that Liisa has something for every wedding.
